They gave a superior twin room with kettle and the bedroom plus TV as we booked. The location was particularly good, for example, a live music venue was within a close distance from the hotel.

The hotel is pleasant, nestled in a spotlessly clean building with garden views. The breakfast is great and absolutely superb, includes plenty of meals. Everyone is lovely and great and host too. The location is incredible and FAB, in a hill. Moreover, it is just next door to the downtown area, the fire station and Landsend and Penzance.

Lovely bed, room was spotless and airy, with a TV set, a living room, and armchairs. Particularly good central location right by the city centre, harbour and An Porth.

Our location was exceptionally nice near the fire station. The unit we got was great-sized with iron and thoughtful touches such as shower caps. Thanks to the helpful staff everything was fantastic, including a good choice of great food.

Location: the hotel was really close to the town centre, beautiful St Ives and AN-Porth. Also, a parish church was only 1 km from the accommodation. We had savoury, delicious breakfast with fresh coffee, especially the toasted sandwiches and fresh fruit.
Rooms were very small.

We were there for 4 nights but felt we would love to return. In general, the hotel was very clean. We stayed in a luxury king room with flat-screen TV, ironing facilities and a writing table. In fact, it has free parking.
